Additionally, if you're utilizing sandbox-domains for trial runs, remember to include those as well to ensure a seamless testing process.

After fine-tuning your AI Chat widget's settings, hit the "Get Embed Code" button. Next, copy the snippet of code to your clipboard. Depending on your chosen web hosting platform, you'll need to insert this snippet into the HEAD HTML section of your site. How to invite a team member
Getting your team onboard is a breeze. Just glance at the screen's lower right corner and hit the Invite button. Here, you'll be able to designate the perfect role for each team member:
Admin (unrestricted access)
Trainer (selective access for training purposes)
Reviewer (selective access to review analytics)
Simply enter your team member's email, and leave the heavy lifting to us.

Removing a team member
For this simple task, navigate to the Account section and proceed to the Team tab. There, at the page's base, a roster of your current team members awaits. Locate the dropdown menu adjacent to the member you're intending to part ways with and, with a click on 'remove', consider it done.

Updating your credit card
Should you need to refresh the credit card details we have on record, you can effortlessly accomplish this within your AWSME account. Simply navigate to the Account area, then click on the Subscription tab. Here, you'll find an option to update your card information. Clicking this option whisks you away to Stripe, our secure platform for all billing-related storage and transactions.

How to cancel your subscription
Cancelling your subscription is a breeze! Simply navigate to the Account Section within the App, and tap on the Subscription tab. There, you'll find a button to manage your subscription. Press it, and select the Cancel Subscription option to proceed.
Rest assured, you'll retain full access to AWSME AI until the end of your current billing period. Once it concludes, you won't incur any further charges and your AI services will be paused. Should you wish to jump back in, your account remains available for you to easily reactivate your plan at any time.
